- A copy of your valid passport
- A recent photograph
- An email address to receive the visa
- A bank card to pay for the visa fees
- A copy of the invitation letter on the concerned hospital’s letterhead
- Invitation from the organizer
- Political clearance from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India
- Event clearance from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India
- A copy of your Business Card
- A copy of the Business invitation letter

How many entries are allowed with the India tourist visa?
- 30-day Tourist eVisa: it allows for double entry
