Starting from October 1st, if you are traveling to Zanzibar, you will need to have travel insurance. This insurance is managed exclusively through the Zanzibar Insurance Company.

It is mandatory for all travelers, regardless of how they arrive in Zanzibar. The travel insurance policy is valid for 92 days, covering your trip to Tanzania and the maximum allowed length of stay.
