How can I change the details of my application?
It will depend on the status of your application. It can never be changed if your application has been approved. Please contact us indicating the data that need modification and we will check the status of your application.

What should I do once the e-Visa has been approved?
If your e-Visa has been approved, you do not have to do anything else. We recommend that you print the document that you will receive in your email, since depending on the country you visit it can be mandatory, not all countries support it in digital format (check your destination country).
What do I do if my e-visa has been rejected?
In case your visa is denied by government authorities, Visagov will give you a full refund of government fees. Our administrative and processing fees will never be refunded. Please contact us and we will handle the refund for you.
If I am denied a visa once, can I reapply?
If your visa has been declined, you should go to the nearest embassy to find out the reasons why your visa has been rejected and whether you are allowed to enter the country. In this case, you will only be able to do so again in person at the embassy.

Single entry visa allows you to enter the country just once during its validity and if you want to come back, you need to apply for the visa again. While multiple entry visas allow you to come back multiple times. But be aware, there are also some visas allowing only 2 or 3 entries.
What type of passport is valid for an e-visa?
The only passport valid for applying for all visas is the ordinary passport. If you hold any other type of passport, you should check whether your destination country accepts it and whether you are eligible to apply for your visa with another type of document.

In some countries you are asked to fill out a background form. If you have a criminal record, you should go to the nearest embassy to apply for your visa in person. However, check first if your destination country requires them, because not all countries require them.
